We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty claims work at ID Blocker.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) always apply. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Your Consumer Rights

Under the ACL, you’re entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match its description.

For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.

For minor issues, we may repair, replace or refund.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer 30 days from delivery for change-of-mind returns on most items, provided that:

  • the product is unused
  • in original condition
  • with all original packaging included

Return shipping for change-of-mind is at your cost unless a promotion states otherwise.

Items that are not eligible for change-of-mind returns include:

  • personalised items
  • hygiene-sensitive items (where applicable)
  • any product returned after the 30-day window

Faulty Goods & Warranty Claims

If your item appears faulty:

  1. Email us at info@sosimplesolutions.com.au
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos/videos where helpful
  3. We’ll review and let you know the next steps

If the product is deemed faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a repair, replacement or refund in line with ACL rights and our Warranty Policy.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us to start the return process
  2. We’ll give you return instructions and the correct address
  3. Pack the item securely
  4. Send it back using a trackable method

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, replacement or repair.

Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds for credit/debit card purchases may take 3–10 business days, depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds follow PayPal’s processing times
  • Afterpay refunds are handled through Afterpay — your refund will appear in your Afterpay account once processed by the provider
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items where stock is available.

Disputed Faults

If a fault is unclear or disputed, we may request the product be returned for inspection. 

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and as quickly as possible.
