Mandatory ACL Statement
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

- Loss, theft, or unauthorised disposal.
- Damage caused by liquids, chemicals, extreme heat, improper storage, or unsuitable environments.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty:
Contact us at info@sosimplesolutions.com.au.
- Quote your order number, purchaser name, or other proof of purchase.
- Provide the product details and a clear description of the issue.
- Include photos or videos where helpful.
We will respond within 2 business days to assess your claim and advise next steps.
If your claim is accepted, we will arrange a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the product type, the nature of the defect, the warranty terms, and your ACL rights.
Returning a Product for Assessment
We may ask you to return the product for inspection before confirming a warranty outcome.
If a return is required:
- We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
- Please pack the item securely to prevent further damage in transit.
For products that can be posted or easily returned, you may be asked to pay return postage.
If the product is confirmed to have a defect covered by this warranty or the ACL, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs. To claim reimbursement, please provide a receipt or other proof of the return shipping cost.
Where we repair or replace a confirmed faulty product, we will cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement item back to you.
If no defect is found, or the issue is not covered by this warranty or the ACL, you may be responsible for return shipping, inspection, or re-delivery costs where permitted by law. If any inspection or re-delivery costs may apply, we will tell you the estimated costs before proceeding.
Warranty Remedies & ACL
The benefits provided by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under law.
For a confirmed warranty claim that is not an ACL major failure, we may repair, replace, or refund the product.
If a product has a major failure under the ACL, you may choose a refund or replacement.
For a minor issue under the ACL, we may repair, replace, or refund the product.
A warranty period does not limit the time during which your ACL rights may apply.
Proof of Purchase
All warranty claims must include proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, tax invoice, receipt, or other record showing the purchase date and product purchased.
Where possible, retain the original packaging, but original packaging is not required for ACL claims.
Timeframes
We aim to acknowledge warranty claims within 2 business days.
Assessment and resolution times may vary depending on the product, the nature of the issue, whether inspection is required, and replacement stock availability. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
