Overview

We aim to dispatch domestic orders quickly and provide clear tracking and shipping information. This policy explains dispatch windows, carriers, delivery times and international shipping notes.

Dispatch & processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on business days are generally dispatched the same day (stock dependent). Orders after that time will be processed the next business day.
  • During promotional periods or peak season, dispatch may take longer. We’ll notify you if there’s a delay.

Carriers & tracking

  • Domestic orders are sent with trusted carriers (Australia Post/selected couriers). Tracking numbers are provided by email.
  • For international orders, we use reliable international couriers and provide tracking where available.

Shipping costs & free shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and shipping options.
  • We may run free shipping promotions — terms apply (e.g., minimum spend). Promotional shipping rules will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times

  • Domestic metro deliveries: typically 1–5 business days after dispatch depending on destination and service selected.
  • Regional & remote deliveries: may take longer.
  • International delivery: varies by country — allow extra time for customs clearance and local delivery.

Customs, duties & taxes (international)

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes or fees in the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility. We recommend checking local import rules.

Delivery issues

  • If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and the carrier first. If still missing, contact our support and we’ll help investigate.
  • If you provide an incorrect delivery address, additional fees may apply to redirect or re-ship the order.

Lost or damaged parcels

Report damaged or lost items to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate with our carrier and assist with claims.
