Dispatch & Processing Times

We aim to dispatch orders quickly so you get your gear fast.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on business days are usually sent the same day (stock permitting).
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post and selected couriers.

Every order includes tracking, and the tracking link will be emailed to you once dispatched.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.

Shipping Costs & Promotions

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination
  • order weight
  • available shipping methods

We may offer free shipping promotions or minimum-spend thresholds from time to time.

Any promotional shipping rules will be clearly shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Approximate delivery timeframes after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 1–5 business days
  • Regional & rural areas: may take longer
  • International orders: delivery varies by country, customs and carrier

All delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen carrier delays.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it:

  1. Check your letterbox and around your property
  2. Ask neighbours or household members
  3. Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation

If it’s still missing, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, additional fees may apply to redirect or re-ship the parcel.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
  • Include photos if damaged
  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly
