Eligibility & Orders

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We officially accept your order only when we send a confirmation email.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or other website errors.

Pricing, Payments & GST

Pricing: All prices are in Australian dollars and subject to change without notice. Prices include GST for Australian orders unless stated otherwise.

International Orders: International orders may be shown excluding local taxes, duties, or import charges. Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout where possible, or otherwise remain the responsibility of the customer.

Use of Codes: Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.

Shipping, Delivery & Title

Delivery: All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, including dispatch times, carriers, and estimated delivery windows.

Risk & Title: Risk in the product passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Title passes to you only once full payment has been received.
Incorrect Details: You are responsible for ensuring your shipping details are accurate before placing an order.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

ACL Compliance: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty Products: If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind: Change-of-mind returns are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
